Original Report:
Fry Heating heating was hired by my us to replace a boiler heating system on are property in Curtice,Ohio .The very first thing fry heating did was give us an estimate and two weeks later increased the price by $1000.00 saying that they give us the wronge price. They installed the unit and without putting the unit into service they asked for final payment.I told the installer to have his boss call me .One hour later i recived a call from a very rude person saying that if we dont give them final payment that they were taking us to court and hung up the phone.At this point i had already gave them over $7000.00 they never asked me why i refused to give them the last payment.Fry Heating states a number of times on there website that if your not happy with thier service or thier product to let them know and within 30 days they will remove the system and refund the total amount of funds.NOT TURE STILL NO REFUND. To this date the unit has never been fired up.7/24/2011
