I’ve never left a bad review but I hope this can be a PSA for others. I’m so disappointed with the quality of work, the communication, excess charges and blatant dishonesty. Upon confronting I was personally yelled at and given zero compromise or acknowledgement of wrongdoings. We are not confrontational or even assertive in nature so to stand up for ourselves to someone taking advantage of us has not been easy. We were mislead with the overseeing of the project, Pam was not involved but did not tell us when signing the contract that someone else would be overseeing it. I’ll update if anything changes but sadly have already had to consult with our lawyer and may have to pursue fairness and justice.
