    Full Remodel; Garage Conversion
    $500,000

    FT Construction did a full remodel of our home, which included a garage conversion. He was very professional and worked with us patiently while getting permits, which took significantly longer than initially expected. Once the work began, he made sure there was ample communication regarding details of our project to ensure it looked exactly as we wanted it to. The end result of Fred's hard work looks incredible, particularly the great finishing touches that came with the flat paint and tile work.
    His team of electricians, painters, builders and flooring installers are all professional, kind and detail-oriented. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to trust a contractor who can do quality work on time, especially when it is a large project.

    Multi-Room Remodel and Garage Addition

    FT Construction did a large remodel with new garage addition. I contacted about 10 contractors for bids before selecting FT Construction. I am very selective and wanted to make sure I got an excellent product that would meet my budget. Fred went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed to very high standards and while we hit a few bumps a long the way (which was to be expected) he worked with me to ensure I was happy. Myself and my husband were so happy with the work that we added some new scope to the project, which Fred was able to absorb without too much impact on the overall schedule. Fred's crew are all very professional, he has a really good bunch of craftsmen working for him. Fred himself really prides himself on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend him to any future clients.
