    Siding and Gutters

    We had our siding and gutters replaced by FTC Oury in June 2017 after hail damage occurred in February. From start to finish, the process with them was professional and hassle free. We received multiple estimates from siding companies in the area but were put off by some high pressure sales tactics from other companies. There was never any pressure from FTC Oury, and the pace (i.e. picking them to do the work, choosing colors, etc) was entirely up to us. I think I had Nick come 3 separate times to drop off different siding color samples when we couldn’t decide – which he did without complaint. He was also extremely responsive. If I had a question or concern, he would respond within the hour (and usually actually within minutes). They worked with our insurance, explained the whole process to us, and did a great job. The whole house siding job took only about 1.5 days and there was constant communication throughout from Nick and FTC Oury. The men were professional, polite, cleaned up after themselves, and worked hard. Pedro, the foreman, was also great.

    We had a few minor issues (i.e. 2 siding boards were defective and bubbled up) after the job was completed and we had already completely paid FTC Oury. Within 48 hours of my texting Nick about the defective boards, they were out replacing them. They had no obligation other than professionalism to come out so quickly and fix the boards – especially since we already paid. That they responded so quickly and courteously is really a testament that they want to do the job right.

    I really cannot recommend them enough and would use them again in a heartbeat. They made a frustrating process as easy as possible and our house with its updated siding and color now looks gorgeous!

    Great roofers

    FTC Oury Group was the only roofer, who was able to access our 4 story high gabled roof. They came on time and were friendly. They replaces a vent cap that had blown off. While they were up there, they noticed another vent cover was missing. They came back, replaced it, sealed around the screws/other areas, and checked the roof.
    We were very happy with their work and the price was fair compared to other roofers for the house call alone. We would highly recommend them for their work and professionalism.

    FTC Oury Group

    We have had 2 projects that FTC Oury Group worked on. They were on time for all of them, communicated with us for estimates, any complications or even just questions regarding where we wanted the trim and the water channel (J-Channel) to be. Their work was done faster than our neighbors who had the same work done, and was done better. Everything up to code, and permits pulled. My wife and I would highly recommend them for anybody.
