HORRIBLE! Amateur. first they changed the price after they made a mistake and didn't get approved by the city on their initial design and had to install stand to comply with codes and now we realized the rain leaked into our house. a massive part of the ceiling fell on us. turns out they did not seal the metal part that goes from AC into the house.. I asked for help, they attempted to come once (no ladder so they left) and now 3 days later and no responses, he reads my whatsapp but ignores.. so I could not wait with rain coming in so I fixed it at my cost. $$$$ :(
