They are shady and absolutely short cut at every part of the job. Had roof, siding and windows done 2 years ago. Roof leaks, siding is falling off, and windows are rotten, leaking. Absolutely a worthless contractor.

This is the worst roofing company I've ever experienced. I live on Magnolia Drive in Jacksonville and it's taken them almost 2 months to finish a simple roofing job on a very small duplex. When asked when they would be finished, my husband was yelled and cussed at. They come in at about 7 am, bang on the roof for 15 mins and then leave. Very unprofessional and careless. There are much better companies out there, don't pick this one!

308 E. Vandalia It took them 2 1/2 days to remove 1 layer of 15 square asphalt roofing. They put underlayment on and then disappeared for 4 days. When they came back on evening, I asked him if they were going to finish it tomorrow, and he yells at me "I'LL FINISH IT WHEN I'M GOOD AND READY!" We have a flash flood watch for today, but it concerns him not. They left tools, drip edge and ladders in the yard, which all had to be moved to mow. When they were working, they drop the "F" bomb so loud, my neighbor across the street seemed concerned and let me know. When I told Fulkerson about it he told me to shut up and asked me if I had a recording of it. No, I didn't, so he told me to shut up again. CAUTION: STEER CLEAR OF FULKERSON CONSTRUCTION!!!!!
