I would have liked to give 4.5 stars, but this site doesn't allow that option. JC is very personable, honest and reasonably-priced. His reputation has kept him very busy, which may result in difficulty in pinning him down to a scheduled appointment. However, once you have him, he will go out of his way to do whatever needs to be done...and beyond.
