Jeff remodeled our upstairs bathroom and the workmanship was better than we could have hoped for. We have an older home and the floor in the bathroom was unstable, I couldn't believe the floor held the old cast iron tub for all those years. He reinforced the floor and set the new tub. The tile work is awesome, the plumbing work by Pitcher plumbing turned out spot on as well. He is good to work with and he didn't have a problem if we wanted to do some of the work ourselves to save money on the project. We did the painting and the demolition, he took care of the rest. He made sure to come to our home early enough in the morning to talk with us to see if he need to correct anything and if there was problem he would knock it first thing. The final product turned great! I highly recommend him.

Last fall Jeff hooked us up to sewer and said he guaranteed his work. He didn't fully meet the city requirements (leaving the septic tank empty). Our sprinkler system leaked when he was done and he said he fixed it, but it still leaked. Along with that, we have two craters in our yard with one being 2' deep. I understand that your yard will settle, but come on. We called him this spring and he said he would fix it, but he has never shown up and now won't answer his phone or return any phone calls. I wouldn't suggest getting any work done by him if you want it done right. We actually paid more money to have him do the work because he was recommended. What a mistake.
Service that was provided was not even good. Jeff had a lets get it done attitude which was great. tiles in the bathroom were crooked, and didn't line up nicely with the backsplash. I had to have someone else come out and redo the bathroom. His truck also left marks on my drive way. Just not a good experience with this company.
