Paid $4578.17 for these guys to install a Goodman gas furnace and AC system (another $4k for that system) and it took 2 months to get them to finish the job and then come spring time my AC doesn't work and I can't get them to come back. Needless to say I got 2 reputable companies to come out for quotes and they both pointed out a lack of craftmanship and/or safety concerns and one even said it was a "hack" job. At the end of the day it is just my words but I am disgusted that people like this get to have a business and screw people over.. Oh wait! The best part is when I went to look up the owners name/license ... it is NOT EVEN HIS BUSINESS. .. License is under her side kicks name. I'm not one to waste much time trying to sue people but man oh man do I believe in a God that does believe in reaping what you sow. This will come back on them. I pray 7x what it is costing me to get a new system installed CORRECTLY, 6 months later. Thanks Furnace Doctor, but no thanks.
