Further Still LLC is a Limited Liability Corporation chartered in 2014, organized to develop land and build high quality homes in the greater Austin area. The organization is managed by Ramu KC, a resident of Austin.
Our work includes residential buildings, custom homes, utilities works, remodels and city of Austin ROW work. Mr. KC is familier with he city construction/building permit process. Our recent work is 3300 Elija street improvement (City of Austin utilities installation, and construction of duplexes and single family homes).

Ramos was very easy to communicate with and seemed to be honest and transparent. Ramos met every outcome he stated he could complete and ensured he and his teammate would be thorough, careful, and clean. I can confirm they were all of these things. I appreciate them working through the uniqueness of our home when, discovered while doing the project. They did not seem deterred or negative about some unexpected hurdles that presented themselves along the way. I would like to work with Ramos for future projects.
