In a single word: Terrible experience.
Mr. Fusco has not the slightest idea about how to size a heating system - and as a result, I am stuck with a bathroom with "heated" floors that just does not get warm. Of all the contractors working on my new home, nobody made more errors and mistakes than him, nobody had to do more re-work. The heating makes a lot of noise, the air from the other unit in the building was vented into my powder room, and for over a year now I am chasing him to fix a problem with the hot water supply: He hasn't even tried to fix it. Don't do business with this company, you'll regret it.
