Fuse HVAC, Electrical and Appliance repair

Will not hire again! I had an encounter with a customer service representative who had a strong accent. They assured me that the visit from their HVAC estimator would be free of charge. However, when the technician arrived, there was a language barrier and they immediately attempted to sell me an HVAC installation without even entering my home or inquiring about my specific needs. This visit raised some concerns and my intuition alerted me to potential issues with this business. The following day, I received an invoice for the supposedly "free" visit, which amounted to $99. Upon careful examination of the invoice, I discovered their license number, which prompted me to conduct further research. Through my investigation and additional inquiries, I came to the conclusion that this business is questionable and not one that I would choose to engage with. I hope that my findings will serve as a warning to others to steer clear of these unscrupulous individuals.

I have reviewed the invoice, which mentions the contractor's license number #1052421 (c20, c38, c10, c36) issued by State of CA. Upon further investigation, I discovered that this license is actually issued to FUSE SERVICE INC, doing business as Fuse HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing. The official license holder is Adam/Ruslan Khusniyarov, who is also the business owner of FUSE SERVICE INC. However, when I contacted Fuse Service INC, they informed me that they only provide services in the San Jose area and confirmed that Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair in Napa is not associated with Adam/Ruslan Khusniyarov or Fuse Service INC.

Upon conducting further research, I discovered that Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair in Napa is registered as FUSE NAPA LLC, with Denis Riabokonev listed as the registered owner. I checked and Denis Riabokonev does not possess a license from State of CA to operate as an HVAC contractor. Additionally, I came across a complaint filed against FUSE NAPA LLC and Denis Riabokonev, as these entities are being sued by another LLC for breach of contract, with the claim amounting to nearly $90,000.00. These findings highlight concerning aspects of their business practices and may serve as additional evidence to exercise caution when dealing with them.

There is a major lack of trust on my side towards a business that utilizes someone else's license number on their official paperwork and is involved in court cases for breach of contract. It is a concerning situation. I took the initiative to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), they have the authority to investigate such matters further and take appropriate action. I hope that the BBB's investigation will provide resolution and prevent others from encountering similar issues with this business.
