The installation was easy and fast with no problems .Michael and Fernando are the best guys i have ever met.I would use Michael anytime. He speaks 3 languages and was very detailed and made it easy to understand .Ask for Michael or fernando .U cannot go wrong

Well. It started with immediate installation back in December 2022. This way we could claim the refund from the State. The Fusion Solar guys did not meet the installation CODEs, and keep blaming the inspector of Marlboro. We are in May 31 2023. I just called them again, and no one picked up the phone. So, one of the guys called me back. He told me up to another 4 weeks. Do NOT use them. There are plenty of the solar companies. Chose the trusted one. personally, I would wait. Find your friends or relatives, who installed with someone else, and get them to recommend the company. NOT fusion solar!!! We are now found ourselves in between the State, City and other institutions to find the resolution somehow. It is sad, that until we go to the State or a City to complain, no one does anything. So here we go.......

The worst construction related experience of my life. It started with the roof replacement in November and the wrong shingles being sent to the jobsite. After a few days the right ones were delivered and installed but they never ordered the ridge vent and then had to return the following week to complete that install. After receiving word that the panels would be installed any day shortly after that, I was then told the panels were out of stock and I'd have to wait up to 20 weeks for the specified panels or accept a substitute. Well it took until April to get the panels installed anyway and then they failed the inspection for not submitting updated plans with the revised panels. Here I am 6 months later on May 1st with my solar system still not operational. I would not recommend Fusion Solar Energy to install a simple light bulb nor would I recommend SunPower as they have been virtually impossible to talk to. Customer support on both sides is terrible.
