    FUSS FREE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE WHO MAKES THEIR MONEY RIPPING OFF PROPERTY MANAGERS AND LANDLORDS !!!! This is the worst AC company. My landlord sent them out due to house not cooling. I was rescheduled three times….. no call, no show two more times. Two weeks later a tech finally showed up. He was here a total of 7 minutes. I advised I thought we were low on Freon and to pls check for a leak. He didn’t check my subcool or anything else. Was outside a total of two minutes and came back in and said everything was fine. Mind you my house would be as hot as 93 degrees at 9 pm and by 6 am only down to 86 degrees with the AC running 24 hrs a day and set for 72 deg. I called two other companies myself and had the unit checked. Subcool was way below 14 9which is minimum you want it at for my unit)… txv pressure was only at 55 and should be around 125 for my unit and we were short 8 lbs of Freon. Fuss free never answers the phone, provides horrible customer service with employees and staff who do not care about the client or their quality of work . Save your money and time and go someplace else

    AC Repair

    My mom is doing rent-to-own on a house with Divvy Homes. They use this company for repairs. After seeing the other reviews I am appalled that they are still working with them.
    On 8/2 they came out to change out the pan/metal bottom part of our AC because it was leaking in the garage. My mom texts me that they broke the AC and it isn't working. This was their second visit. Sure enough I got home and it wasn't working. We now have no AC in the middle of a Florida summer.
    She got in contact with them on 8/3 to come back out and fix it the next day. They didn't come and didn't call. She called again and asked to speak to a supervisor who was apparently away from their desk but would surely call her when they returned.
    They did not call her.
    They told her that someone would be coming out the next day, 8/4, when she called back AGAIN. Of course, no call no show. It is now 8/5 and they were supposed to be here sometime between 12pm-5pm.
    It is currently 5:15pm.
    It's been 4 DAYS since it was broken. This house is soo hot and we have someone with asthma.
    I'm just glad that my sister and I don't work the same days and my mom because they DO NOT try to work with you or your schedule, they do not seek to clarify NOR quickly fix any issues. Our AC was working just fine but for the leak and now it isn't working at all and we can't get anyone to come out and fix it.

    This literally is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have inexperienced technicians. You have to go through multiple visits before they send what they call a senior technician. They give you ridiculous times like a cable company between 4-7. They always show up at the last minute. They don't show for appointments nor do they call when they don't show. Then it is up to you to schedule. Terrible. They are nice, but as far as service it is horrible. If I could rate less than 1 I would.

    Terrible customer service. I had an appointment Friday 5-9, I got a call at 7 cancelling on me because the technician was stuck in traffic...two hours before my window was over? So instead of scheduling me first thing in the morning they reluctantly scheduled me Monday 1-4, I called Monday to confirm my appointment window and got the response I was on there at all for Monday and it was in fact for the next Friday. Finally got someone to say they would be there between 4-8. Save your time and call someone else
