We have worked with Future General Construction on a number of projects. They do high quality work from small jobs to complete rehabs of apartments in the City. Miguel is easy to work with and delivers what he promises. He is organized and resourceful as well as having a good eye.

Miguel was very easy to work with - arriving on time, very professional and gave a reasonable quote. We had 2 minor jobs that ended up being a bit complex due to sloping floors and small, oddly shaped spaces. He came up with creative solutions and always found a way to make things work. His work was very detailed and very high quality. He made sure we were happy with the finished product. One of his workers didn't do a perfect job on an installation the first time around, so Miguel came to fix it himself and made it clear that he would work until we were fully satisfied. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I have been working with Miguel and his team for the past 10 years on various small and big projects in our house. I was always happy with the results. Projects involved interior painting, fixing ceiling leaks, electrical issues, floor refinishing ( amazing work on wood floors). Most recently Future General renovated the facade of our 1880 's old victorian house and they did a marvelous job. The original redwood siding looks fantastic after a very thorough scraping, fixing, and detail painting. They also removed dry rot, exchanged window frames, fixed the roof. Everyday after work Future General Construction made sure to leave the working area clean.
This was a very challenging project. Miguel and his team were very attentive to our needs and always made sure we were happy with the results. The price was very fair .

Future General Construction did a thorough and competent remodel of a bathroom and provided excellent repairs to external construction from exterior dry-rot. I highly recommend their work.

We have done several projects with Furure General and have been really happy with the work, the service and the price. Miguel is super easy to work with and responded quickly to each of our requests. Our most recent job including the pouring of a 27x10’ concrete slab for a future shed and deck. The job included demolition and clearing out a lot of construction debris from a hard to access yard. I have used Future General for 3 major projects at my home. Last year they repaired and painted the exterior of my house and also renovated the lower level interior. Miguel’s crew was efficient and respectful and cleaned up when they were done and I was very pleased with the results. Miguel also had some great ideas which we implemented regarding improvements to the interior space. He stands behind his work too. I had an issue where paint would not adhere to a walkway and they came back over a year later to fix it at their expense. Recently they completed rebuilding the side of my garage as well as replacing a door that required removing a lot of dirt , leveling it and pouring new concrete so that water wouldn’t get into the garage. Again, great results at a very reasonable cost. Miguel and Future General have become my go-to people when I have any home repair work. I recommend them very highly.
