John and his team at FX Modern Renovations really go above and beyond what I would have expected or think is customary in contracting work. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, but more importantly, the work they did was great, in budget and delivered IN THE ESTIMATED TIME! This is especially impressive as I added an entire kitchen cabinet/countertop to my renovation just a few days before demolition was supposed to begin. John and his team really roll with the punches and make sure that the process is as seamless as possible for the client, which I appreciated very much as a full time working single parent with very little bandwidth to deal with an apartment renovation. John and Elvis even offered to come back after the project was done to install a doorknob that didn't arrive in time. They really cared about my satisfaction and happiness. I would recommend FX modern renovation without reservation for whatever your contracting needs are!
