This contractor took my parents money. Started several jobs and never finished. Seemed like a nice guy so we believed him when he promised to return to finish jobs he had started. Could smell alcohol on him in the morning. Put tile on the bathroom floor without putting down a subfloor. Filled the floor in with construction debris.We discovered this when the floor had to be replaced.
Would complete 75% of various jobs and never return. Used very cheap materials and marks up the price.. Very friendly but not trust worthy. So sorry we trusted him.
