It is an excellent company which do an excellent and guaranteed job. They installed an air conditioning system and the furnace in one day and the next day they ran the line for natural gas.. good job guys and thank you for everything.

Carlos is a true and honest professional, he is by far the best technician I have ever hired. Not only did he fixed my AC but also gave preventative advice to ensure my AC runs at optimum. Will definitely recommend him to anyone!! Superb work ethic!

Absolutely great customer service. Showed up on a super cold day In the last part of winter. He took time from Lancaster job and came to my house and help get our old stubborn furnace back on. Thankful it was only 5-12 mins of his time but he even showed us how to fix the issue. So definitely the man for the job thank you for being a blessing in disguise

Carlos came to fix my shower after I had been traveling to my daughter's to use her shower.

He was very professional, knowledgable, very kind and caring and very reasonably priced. He took the time to show me how the new parts he installed worked.

We hire a contractor to install a new unit, after few days tge contractors disappeared and our new unit was not working at all. We call G&C Heating and Cooling LLC and Carlos and Carlito look at the installation point out all the wrong parts of tge installation and they give me a great deal fixing the mess out prior contract did. The unit is working amazing and G&C Heating and Cooling did a great job in our house. Very professional, quality work, very knowledgeable, and affordable prices.

Carlos came to get my old central air working to hopefully last one more summer and I’m on summer number three since! Still going strong from his visit. When it finally does die I know who I’m calling. Not only is he great he didn’t charge an arm and a leg like the company before him that made it not even one summer.

Contacted them in the evening and they called me back within a few hours. They sent a subcontractor out the next morning and fixed the problem right away. They then followed up and made sure it was fixed. Very thorough! Highly recommend!

Charged me for 3 hours of him being on the phone with tech support to figure out the problem, very very far from a professional. Next time I will actually call a professional. I could have called my Furnaces tech support and did the same thing for free..
