    Gave 4 out of 5 stars Chuck very good and builds a good house.only down side is yard is gravel pit with huge rocks and due to their busy schedule could be fall before I get a yard had to spend 3 hours rock picking in town for 364k would of liked black dirt at least. Covid caused issues for all but Chuck is honest with us which made us feel better about project

    Without G Cubed we would not have been able to build at all. Geoff Griffin walked us through the planning and bid with a home we could afford then made it happen in a little over 4 months. What you may not know is that to get a construction loan, the plan as bid has to appraise out. Then for a conventional loan, the bank may lend 80%. G Cubed homes have always appraised out and they follow through coming in on budget with no surprises in the end. Our home was custom built by quality crews and Chuck Hyatt managed everything in the field. This is a good contractor.
