    stairway and roof deck
    $7,000

    I worked with Dago De La Rosa structural engineer on a project to add a stairway and deck to my home in SF. He was totally ignorant of obvious code issues that resulted in a waste of $8000 in design and permitting costs and more then a year designing and trying to get approval for something that someone with even minimal knowledge would have known could not be built. Permitting in SF is complicated but Dago De La Rosa did not have even a minimal understanding of issues and tried to get by by bluffing his way which would up costing me money and time

    When it comes to top notch work these guys come highly recommended. G family provides impeccable work and service. Their team operates as a close-knit family and they provide the best quality of work available. They are true professionals and know their craft well. I can't praise G Family enough, they've done a brilliant job on every project. Definitely consider them for your next home remodel or upgrade, you won't be disappointed!

    I would not recommend G Family Inc.! I was lucky if the contractor came for half an hour a week to check what was going on. His guys often came not knowing what to do. I was glad that I was here most of the time to help them out or let them know when they were starting to mess up. The people at G Family are very nice but they just don't supervise their people well enough and are a little disorganized. Oh yah, we had a lot of billing errors as well. However, they did correct those when we found them. Good luck!
