This contractor was send out by First American Home Warranty for my leaking garbage Disposal. This part of the kitchen was an addition in 2016 with all permits and up to code. The technician claim need to cut to pipe and need a larger pipe. I ask for explanation and he just said he will submit to the HWA to see if they cover and if not ask for cash out. Obviously it is not covered and on top if I use them for the replacement I have to pay extra $250 on top of the $95.00. I have a funny feeling that something is not right when he could not explain why for the alternation. I later went to home depot to purchase one and my husband replaced it with no difficulty. No need piping no cutting no alternation needed.

I agree with a previous reviewer that G&G claimed an alternation is need, however, cannot explain why. First American Home Warranty claims that the negotiated amount with G & G is $47.00 for the parts and labor for this job order. G & G claim the unnecessary unexplained alternation, do that so they could collect on their fee without actually doing work. If you are assigned G&G from your home warranty company, highly recommend you immediately request a change.

Stay away from this contractor. We filed an emergency claim to come out to look at our situation. Sewage line due to leaking. After the technician came to evaluate the system they notified me they could not perform any services until we removed a bush. During the technician review it was obvious this was an emergency situation due to we had sewage leaking onto our other neighbors property. The technician didn’t have the necessary experience to escalate the emergency to stop or even notify us that there was a biohazard of waste. The contractor left the line open and exposed for 48 hour and never returned call and even let us know that this is an emergency to call an expert technician to fix the emergency that moment. The contractor used profanity and hung up the phone after we tried to call for over a day to try to help us. Stay away from this contractor. We called another contractor and they came out and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. This could have been all avoidable if the G&G contractor expedited the situation and clearly tell us that we had an emergency. Not just leave a open sewage line to spew waste for 48 hours

Absolutely terrible. This contractor was sent by First American Home Warranty to diagnose a shower with no hot water. The plumber spent less than 5 minutes in the house. He ran the water, removed the shower valve handle only, took a few photos and told me that there was a fresh water restriction in the pipes preventing the water from coming through. He could not properly answer my questions when I pressed on how he was able to diagnose that without actually looking at anything. He said he'd check with FAHW to see if it was covered. It was not, and they denied my claim. I insisted on another plumbing visiting as G&G did not perform a proper nor thorough inspection. The next plumber was excellent and spent nearly an hour correctly identifying a faulty cartridge (which was covered) and then fixed the problem.

Seems quite likely G&G claimed this was a fresh water restriction issue knowing those aren't covered so they could collect on their fee without actually doing work. How could they diagnose that without actually looking at the valve or parts? If you are assigned G&G from your home warranty company, highly recommend you immediately request a change.

Home warranty contacted G&G, they called within an hour of my request and was at our home the next hour. Fixed our toilet issues and even did a courtesy repair on another. 5 stars.

The plumbing issue was fixed within 10 minutes. G&G Construction came out the same day I requested service from my home warranty. The Tech was very professional , friendly and polite and of course wore a mask the whole time.

G&G was dispatched to my home to repair my leaking toilet. They arrived promptly and I was greeted by a very kind young man. He was able to diagnose my issue very quickly and was knowledgeable with my questions. The gentleman was able to repair my toilet without even having to go get parts and come back! I am extremely pleased with my service from G&G and I would recommend their company with high regards. I will be requesting them in the future to be the service provider for my future plumbing needs through the home warranty program.

This contractor was sent to our house by our home warranty. He fixed the plumbing issue that another plumber was not able to fix. He even came back to did a good follow-up.

We had water coming out from the bottom of the toilet and contacted our home warranty to send out someone to fix the issue. G & G Construction came to our house, and within thirty minutes, they fixed the issue, and everything was running smoothly. The technician was very professional, polite and knew what he was doing. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I will for sure, request this company again in the future.

Lousy service and my home warranty company insurance American Home Shield sent them, otherwise the plumbing company G&G construction would not step foot in my home. Cound not fix a leaking flush tank and made all excuses to not return after collecting the service fee of $75.

This plumber was rude, extremely incompetent, and had terrible equipment. Could not unblock the main sewer line and left immediately after he found one piece of root. Said, "it's ok to go to the bathroom in the bushes, the plants like it." His cam was unable to see anything and his auger was unable to unblock the line. Joseph has no idea what he is doing and, if he was not sent by our insurance company, we would have never worked with him in the first place. After our insurance refused to cover us, we called a real plumber with legit equipment, who was able to clear the line with just his camera probe, diagnosed the problem, and provided a long-term solution.

Terrible customer service. Terrible diagnosis. Terrible work quality. Terrible in every way.
