  Relocating gas pipes and water pipes and A/C unit repairs

  I had use this guy for the first few times. From the first few jobs, he did ok. I owned a few properties and hired him for fixing some minnor home improvement such as installing the doors, lights, but when I started to bring him back to the big jobs such as changing the entire gas pipes, moved and installed all the water pipes from all tenants. That was a disaster. First, he always wants to get pay 50% down, which means I understood, but the job has never ended for few days. he always wants to ask more money and expected to pay right away from cash apps. But, because I trusted this guy and it seems like he had a nice talk and very persuasively, I completely was wrong about this guy. As the mater of fact, his name is Brian, but he wanted me to call him Keith and I don't know why. I guess he didn't like his mom or dad named him, so he wanted to changed himself. The last 3 jobs he did for me were relocating the 4 gas pipes of all tenants and move to the front of the store, somehow he did that on Monday, the next day, one of my tenant smelled gas so bad and had to call UGI. They came and shutted entired places down included 2 restaurants. He didn't know what the heck to do for himself by calling any other businesses for help, but no lucks. When I called him, he started to BS with all kind of damn excuses that you never heard before such as blamed on the person who called UGI, because the parts he purchased was bad and all kind of different excuses. All the businesses had been shutted down for 9 days, my tenants called me and complainted about when they can open their businesses, but I kept rush him and he didn't care. I already paid in full and the job hadn't done yet. The second job was relocating the water lines. He shutted down the water from the business next door and they called me, but when I called him, he said that he already told that guy about water and he blamed on the other guy next door and said bad about that business about not listening to him. He had so much excuses that he made during the jobs, but he never said about his faults, always put the blame on others. After he relocated all the water lines from the tenants, 10 days later, which means today 7/6/2023, my tenant noticed that there is water flooding everywhere in the store. I called him up in the morning around 8:00am, and he said he'll be there soon, guess what...5:00pm he showed up and again, blamed on someone came inside the building and made a hole on the pipes where he installed it. This guy is a nasty liar that you ever seen before, and he didn't want to fix it and let it leaks. 1 hour later when I came and took a look of the pipe, there was a leak from where he soldered the pipe. The 3 jobs is fixing the AC for the pizza place, gave 50% down and didn't do nothing and keep complaining about they A/C units are running differently and didn't want to fix it, but when I said to him " I already give you $1,083.56 for 50% down " he said " This is a different issues" and finally, I realized this is a big mistake that keep depends on this mf liar, the one that don't know what to do and keep ripped me off every jobs he did. He doesn't know how to fix or repair any of this HVAC, Plumbing at all. This guy is a Scam and don't make him fool you. Be aware...
