After signing a contract with GM we had completed 40% of project the first week- At that point with out notifying us the Project Manager deemed to move another direction, with no communication with our company, no notice of default or craftsmanship, never notifying our company they hired another sub in concrete and voided a legal contract. They failed to ever inform us of this decision in writing, verbally, email or text. Once we found out we demanded balance of signed contract paid in full they have refused so now we will file legal notice
with DBPR on their GC license in Florida, Civil suit for Triple per Fl Construction rights and liens to both the GC over them and the city of Daytona, NOT TO BE TRUSTED- VOIDED A CONTRACT WILL NO DUE NOTICE PER CONTRACT AGREEMENT
