I highly recommend G Menoher contracting. Whatever the project maybe. Gary explains every phase to ensure you understand exactly what you are paying for. He also takes much pride in his work as if he is working in his own home. With spring here make sure you call ahead to ensure you get your next project on his list. You will be disappointed if you pass his work up. I'm glad to have this wonderful contractor just a phone call away.

Gary is conscientious, hard working, intelligent, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable in all fields of construction. He is great to work with (doesn't freak out when you want to make changes), easy to talk to, and helpful with working out problems and contributing suggestions and ideas. We know we were fortunate to have found him and hope he isn't too booked up when we need to hire with him again in the future!

Gary is a very skilled carpenter. I don't mind paying for quality work, but I would never pay him by the hour. Get a bid and written contract period to avoid any surprises. He will belittle other contractor's abilities. I believe he does this to justify his high prices. I would hire him again, but only with a written contract and under my terms. He is extremely friendly. This sometimes will make you feel that you don't need a contract. Business is business. Treat your relationship with any contractor this way and be sure to get multiple bids and references from real customers. I've hired another contractor to finish the job Gary started simply because I could no longer afford to pay his prices and inconsistent end dates. I take part of the blame since I should have requested a contract.

Gary is a very meticulous carpenter and does everything with pride. While he is not cheap, you get what you pay for. You could pay some clown with no experience what you think is a low price, but it will end up costing you more in the long run.
