Gino Bedwell and wife Sharon Bedwell, are over billers and excuse makers. Hired for snow removal based on having equipment that they didn't have, their work was less than needed and then argued about work and hung up the phone.

I run a storage here in lake tahoe, i hired g-pro for snow removal big mistake there work was horrible, they hit our safety pole, ran over our decorative stones out front, haul snow across the street to someone else private property, took them 3 hrs to plow , what usually takes 1hr , damage our storage unit doors, and when i called the owner he never had time to come look at the damage they had done, refuse to give us our keys back to our gates, i had to go the next day to his office to pick them up, very unprofessional and down right rude, owners beware they do a horrible job, no we have to take them to small claims court for the damages that they did to our property

DISHONEST COMPANY-I hired G-Pro for snow removal services this season. It became very obvious that his company was not performing the service that was outlined in the contract on multiple occasions. I confronted the owner (Gino), about the issue and he promised the service had been performed. I told him this was incorrect because the snow had been sitting on my driveway and sidewalk for over three days. Not only was it obvious because of the excessive snow accumulation, but I also had proof because of my outdoor home cameras had not detect his crew on my property. The following day, he came over and pushed several feet of snow onto my driveway gate causing it to warp/stress. Between Gino’s dishonesty and inability to remove snow without damaging my property I requested to cancel my contract. This process was another demonstration of Gino’s lack of integrity. He decided to charge $75 per service, and then send me a very minimal reimbursement check. On at least four occasions, he charged $75 for snow removal services that had not been accomplished. I sent Gino clips from my outdoor cameras as proof that those charges were unfair, but he continued to say that the property had been serviced and he never returned my money. He was reported to the BBB, but he did not respond in the allotted time because it was clear that he was in the wrong since I had video doucumentation. It is unfortunate that Gino thinks it is ethical behavior to not perform the duties outlined in the contract, then when a customer rightfully cancels the contract, he takes advantage of the situation and steals their hard-earned money. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere and finding someone with integrity to work with.
