We are so disappointed with the overall customer service and delivery from this company. They did our roof and we decided to go with them for impact doors and windows. It took over eight months for delivery and installation of the windows and doors and after having to continuously follow up with them. As of this day, five months after the sliding doors were installed, we still have not received the screens. We’ve followed up several times with Ariel to no avail.

In my opinion this company is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I feel I been bullied and deceived by G&R Doors and Windows. I have been waiting months for them to come fix a few issues that happened after the installation was completed. 1-there is one piece of the front window that felt without notice, after explaining to them that this could be a hazard because it can fall on someone they send someone to look at it, the guy that came was not able to fix the issue l, he assured me he would talk to the owners, explain what was happening and get back to us on how they would fix it.2-The sliding doors in the back don’t open properly this issue also was explained to person that came and he assured us they would send someone to fix it it’s been more than 2 months since that. 3- front door has a gap that is very hard to close l. This was also mentioned to them and they assured it would be solved. 4-It has been more than 5 months since I been waiting for the screens they damaged while in the process of bring them to the house. All I want is for them to fix what they did wrong. I am also afraid since I did the roof with them to they would not honor the contract if any other problem comes up. Please I need help. I do not recommend their services this is my opinion
