    if there is one sentence I can say in regard to this business it’s to “stay away”.

    Words cannot express the strain my family went through when choosing this business to construct their home.

    The project to build a home was estimated to take 1 year yet it was 3 years and still going through repairs.

    The home was built poorly. Interior and exterior. Here is a list of the poor installation:

    - wood planks were uneven throughout the house
    - Cabinets were installed crookedly
    - Cabinets were installed wrong
    - Painting throughout the home was done poorly
    Overall a lot of issues came when moving in, and not to mention the house was not signed off (TCO). The manager or owner just said to move in, knowingly that there were multiple issues.

    When we contacted him about all the poor work and installation he stated he will get the flooring fixed. With that said, we had to move everything outside of the house (which was more work). Couple of days later two workers came, did the installation but did not finish, they said they will come back. Planks were missing in the room but were okay with that due to them coming back the next day.

    Nope, the workers did not return, they told us Guy (the owner) did not pay them and they won’t return to finish the job. How ridiculous is that.

    He calls himself “that guy” as if it’s a positive thing but it’s definitely not. Til this day, the defects in the house is still not fixed.

    If you want a poorly constructed home, contact this business. Otherwise stay away.
