RUN-DO NOT WALK-AWAY from GSH. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a vendor or service provider. The owner Pam is inconsiderate, incompetent, and disorganized. After she strung me a long for nearly two months, from waiting for her to send someone out for a quote to getting a simple quote all messed up, to each time I had to nudge her multiple times to get a response , then her telling me she’s working on sending someone out to complete the work they assessed and giving her the ok to proceed. Well, I waited another 3 weeks , all along she said she’ll send someone out as soon as she knows her schedule. I patiently said ok. Then one day she had the nerve to call me and said they lost an employee and will no longer be able to come out. I know our job was small, and so she decided it’s not worth it. My only problem is, Pam, please be considerate of other people’s time . All along you told me you were working on the schedule . Then please follow through with the commitment . You don’t flake out on someone simply because our job is small. You could have told me that from the day you sent someone out to generate a quote. Once you promised that you’ll come out and you kept someone waiting for 3 weeks more, you follow through . What an irresponsible and selfish person.
