Terrible. Never finished the job. The majority of the work had to be redone. Empty promises. Billed for work never complete. Never paid his subcontractors. Cut corners everywhere . All materials were below average. We paid for top quality and received substandard work. The quality of the work was horrible and had to be redone. Never considered the best interest of the homeowner. Never answered his phone. Once his wife had all the money they ran away fast. We are now in a lawsuit to recover damages. They did not pay for the necessary permits even though we were billed and charged for them. Materials that had a long lead time were paid for and never delivered. Not one room was finished.
We now have foundation problems. We are now in the process of fixing and residing their mistakes and work not completed. Run away as fast as you can. Do not give these con artists one penny.
