Jeff Wagner met him once when his came to the property guess the measurement left never saw him again!! Gave measurements to Titan manufacture homes Kevin Mills, Mitch, House was delivery it was a monster of a house big hitting the lake. Had the house removed with that destroyed the land with big bulldozers digging up the ground couldn't find any pipes. we had to call 811 to come out dig! we called the office. Jeff wife was disrespectful. you could never talk with him. never came back to the property to see the damage that was done. Second house that came to the property is put in backwoods high in the air, things wrong in the house doors leaks separated walls, waters between the seams. Call Mitch from titan! told we were on our own! told we couldn't use the land for down payment bank gave me 23 yr mortgage, told I was too old for a 30-yr mortgage. Gave titan manufacture 44 thousand dollars down payment cash. continued to call Jeff Wagner to come see the house and all that needed done. I have so many pictures to confirm this experience!!!Something that should have been so special for us!!turn into a nightmare. Once we purchased our manufactured home (from Titan Factory Direct), they recommended we contact GTS Mobile Modular Services to set our home & handle those other needs necessary to complete the process & allow us to take occupancy. We met Loria at the home site in Feb 2021, reviewed details & hired GTS. At no time during our meeting did she discuss anything outside of the contract (setting the home, permits, electric, AC, plumbing, steps) or mention the "other" things needed for this install. GTS handled the city inspections while dealing with limited supply of materials (just like everyone else during this period). Although I had contact with Jeff Wagner during the process, I worked closely with Rick Tyler. Rick always took my calls & got back to me in a timely fashion. When we couldn't get a timeline on steps, GTS installed temporary wood steps (which allowed us to get our COA) while awaiting my permanent sold surface steps. After the fact, I find out that GTS could have also completed my skirting (which is also necessary to receive my COA). My only issue is that GTS could have assisted with providing a checklist of those things that need to get done in a timely fashion; therefore, not delaying taking occupancy of our custom home (i.e. a CHECKLIST outlining when/who for electrical, aluminum, carport, skirting, stairs). Overall, I would RECOMMEND GTS Mobile Modular Services LLC to handle my home needs.
