This company was hired by another company for me due to their inability to repair a leaking roof they replaced. They came out, initially inspected and I showed them all the problem areas that were identified and marked out for them. Several days later after they had all the information and said they would send the quote nothing was heard from them, after calling them personally they had to send out another estimator since the first person either did the estimating wrong or lost everything. So, the second estimator comes out does it all over and quotes the repair after conversing with myself about the issue areas and what needs to be repaired. The company paying for the repaired that failed to correct this issue in the first place accepts and approves the quote, this was December 2021. Now it is September 2022 my roof still leaks; G&W roofing has been to my home on almost 10 separate occasions and out of the 2 leaking areas and one problem area they have only repaired the minor leaking area. Due to their inability to fix my roof I now have significant ceiling damage, my roof still leaks, and what was identified initially as a black spot in the major leaking area has now turned into wood rot and I have a hole in my roof decking that I can put my thumb through and touch the underlayment of my roof. I have had extraordinary patience in trying to get this repair accomplished with them to no avail. I have attempted to contact the president of the company twice, the first time the main "superintendent" that oversaw most of this debacle called, I attempted the president again and then I got a scheduling clerk as the president Paul Weiss happened to be out of town on both separate occasions. After the second attempt they stated they would let the vice president know and he would call me by the end of the next business day, and he did not. During this entire process I have had to deal with multiple different repairmen informing me with how they have decades of experience doing roofing and it will be a quick fix and just to fail like the rest. The people they sent out also strayed from what was quoted using phrases like we fixed this because it is not the way "I" do it and now I am stuck with a leaking roof still over a year later and a failing ceiling in one of the rooms in my house and they will not even contact myself to make what they were paid to complete right. As a side note know that if they reply to my reviews, it is to conduct damage control because if they genuinely cared they would have contacted me to figure out how to make things right before it got to this. BUYER BEWARE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING THESE PEOPLE
