I called in January for a leak, Glen came out immediately and was going to set up the repair, NO call back. Leak stopped until August. I called again, set up appointment, cancelled an hour after the appointment time. Set up a full day with the plumber to fix the problem, involving 3 different parties. The plumber arrived, sent a picture of the issue to Glen, who responded that he was getting someone out to start the work. 3 hours later, no call, when i called, they could not reach the person who was promised to arrive that day. It is now 3 days later and have not heard from this company!! They dropped the ball 3 times!! Very disappointed, will never call them again!!
