    We hired them during the hurricane and they did a wonderful job. They were very punctual and did everything we asked in a very timely and professional manner.     G7 has basically extorted 174,000 from me and all my subcontractors for work completed 5 months ago.they mismanaged and completely falsified tickets and tried to get me to take a 40,000 backcharges for doing as we were directed by their staff. They refuse to pay anything unless I sign off so they can keep our extra money. Never in 18 years have a dealt with a more corrupt lowlife company.

    Professional Services witha Personal Touch

    We worked with G7 Holdings on a demolition of our home on the Venetian Island. They took the time to walk us through the process and assist on the coordination of the utilities, trimming of a 70 year old Gumbo Limbo tree.

    G7 worked the demolition making sure to follow the DOT weight restrictions of the Venetian Island bridges that had been lowered drastically.

    G7 was asked to demolish 17 buildings for the new Paraiso project, that includes 4 towers. G7 and Greg Davis directly handled the project personally. He coordinated asbestos survey, FPL disconnect, and cutting and capping the water and sewe lines.

    When asked to step up the timeline, additional excavators were delivered within 24 hours.

    We only use G7 Holdings for our demolition needs.

    G7 was hired for a interior build out of a 35,000 square foot warehouse with a 45,000 square foot new parking lot. Since it was for a national tenant, time lines were short.
    G7 his staff timed trades and equipment perfectly, and made the project a breeze. I would highly recommend.
