    Will tell you what you want to hear but when it comes time to seeing it through, he'll conveniently forget. Poor oversight on the job. Jobsite is always left unkempt. If your looking for bare minimum cookie cutter work, then he's your guy. You might save money, but it will be a headache in the long run. Look somewhere else!

    he turned the entire job over to an unlicensed contractor. there were no permits or inspections until the contractors license board conducted an investigation. he then obtained a permit a week after the job was done. job was never finished because the investigation result is still pending. left a giant mess of debris for homeowner to clean up. did not follow terms of contract and asked for $5,000 deposit before job was even started. this guy is out to make a fast buck and to hell with the customer.
