He is a con man. We took him to court. We won $9100 and got his bank account frozen. He is now calling us and threating to burn down our house with us in it. There are more people he has taken the money from and not down any work. He has made me unhappy by stealing from me. Hire him at your peril.

He is incompetent, took payment didn't show up as contracted . After several attempts he appeared without the materials did no work as specified in the contract didn't bring the materials to start work and is untrustworthy. I would not hire this dishonest person. Try's to keep your merchandise is not professional and is a con artist. Gave him several chances to make good on his word however his word is meaningless. I wouldn't take a chance with this clown . He also try's to keep merchandise you paid for instead of delivering it as agreed. I contracted with him on 2-11-2017 the job was to be done in a week and he never even started . I now am in the process of pursuing the matter in court .

What a mistake! Please disregard my earlier review! This guy is incompetent, rude, disrespectful among other things. The job was to take 3 weeks and we are now in our 7th week and it is still not finished. He has not showed to us 7 times! He has only worked 2 days of 7 hour days, his average work day is 4 hours. He does not listen to what I want, forgets to order special order items and spent all our money before getting all our supplies. He takes money from the next job to pay for the last one. Beware, do not hire him, you too will live my nightmare!!!!
Response from Gabriel Cogswell September 1, 2016This is simply untrue. Wendy is a mean unhappy person and a bully. She had repeatedly cursed at me and threatened me. She also ran out of money during the project and lied about not having her check book to cover the fact that she couldn't pay me until her husbands bonus check came in. She has all of her materials on site and nothing was done in anything less than a professional manor.

He is not professional and reliable as a contractor. He also kept credit for selling my materials that I bought that weren't used in the project without my permission( more than $1500), also wasted more than two months time. I will sue him in court and try to get my money back (more than $6000). He writes up a work order contract describing what he will do and how much be paid when work is finished then turns around asking for money before finishing what he promised according to the written contract, meaning breach of contract on his part. He stated the job would take no more than a week of time then disappears for nearly 2 months explaining issues had come up, either personal, medical, and with his help, who knows if that was true, but in good faith and integrity, if he knew he couldn't keep to the contract, then he should have said so earlier on and not let me hanging waiting for him, big mistake to wait around for him, then has the nerve to say I was disrespectful towards him and that I inconvenienced his time. Finally, he had returned items to Home Depot that were not used in the project and was given store credit according to him, though he didn't mention how much store credit was still left and didn't leave the store credit behind for me which I suspect he kept for himself.
