Hello Buildzoom Team, This is my answer to your posted and supposed “1 star review” given by someone who is not even our client and has lied about this situation: After careful consideration, I realized that it is by avoiding these types of potential clients that my business has remained strong since 2008. For the past 8 years, my company has faithfully served it’s clients with honesty, integrity, and hard-work. We do everything we can to do things right, or we make it right- every time. I have tried to contact the reviewer several times in order to make amends and turn his negativity into a more positive situation. However, my phone calls have gone unanswered. Judging by his review, you can tell the reviewer quite simply wants to damage my company’s image and me personally. I have never met this man in person, as he said in his review, so how he can say I am “dangerous” is completely absurd. There were only 2 phone calls that took place in which we interacted. During the 2nd phone call, the reviewer told me he would be 20 minutes late (not 10, as he stated in his post). Unfortunately, I am not able to sit and wait for 20 or more minutes when I have other clients and scheduled appointments that require my attention. To other contractors: The name of the reviewer is Carlos Benitez. He has no actual structural plans, only sketches. Our scheduled meeting was to introduce him to our structural engineer, because the plans that he posted on Buildzoom looked like he did them himself, therefore not acceptable for a quote or to submit to a building department. To Buildzoom: You should be ashamed by allowing this person to call me "dangerous" and to call for clients to stay away like I was a “plague”. Shame on Buildzoom. This is called online defamation.
