We are having the MOST difficult time with this woman. We have given her 90% of a small in size, large in cost job and she is MIA. She does not return our calls, texts or emails. Gail Balser is unprofessional, rude and not trustworthy. I cant heed people enough to not use this woman for ANYTHING. Many mistakes have been made like incorrect sizing of vanities, toilet placement, door sizes, beams where it was supposed to be flush, jobs left undone....=doors without hardware or screens, house without gutters and downspouts.......with no apologies, no intensions to remedy the problems...nothing. ...The worst part no contact.
