Let’s start by saying that if you give your money do this company that’s one you but I wouldn’t given them a wooden penny. I bought a home in Jan 2023 and this company did the HVAC in it. When I bought the home I was advised that before the annual date of sale come to get an inspection because everything is under a year warranty. So me being a first time home owner I do exactly that. I pay for the inspection and the company finds moisture in my Celling. They explain that is probably from the company that did the HVAC system so I give them a call. Guess who picks up the phone… THE OWNER. Before I even explain the problem he goes off (he on speaker) and explains how I should have called him 6 months in and selling should not be telling me this although I have EVERYTHING in writing… he asking me how much I paid for me inspection…. He telling that it’s probably because I don’t change my
Air filter and so much off the wall stuff that I wasn’t expecting especially from the OWNER. I feel like guys like this only want the project but the responsibility that comes with it. This man was so disrespectful and rude .. I could literally throw up knowing that he gain profit from the project done on my home…….After I listen to his rant and I got a chance to read what’s on the inspection and he says well that doesn’t even sound like leak he then says but if we get out there and it’s a problem and it’s not our fault than we charge you a fee ($125) IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG ( please keep in mind he is on speaker phone). So the day before (today) he texts me (no introduction, no name of the company, no professionalism) and says well I have a tech passing through. The tech looks at everything and says well nothing is wrong but I flushed your lines so I have to charge you all $125…. I said WAIT WAIT WAIT we didn’t ask for that you all were suppose to check for moisture ( guess what … I don’t even he was even told that). Long story short…. The tech was nice and respectful but due to everyone not being on the same page I had the call the owner which swears he said I had to pay no matter what… even though it’s under warranty, even though I have witnesses that say other wise, even though nothing was wrong. Then yells “ DONT EVER CALL US AGAIN”. Well sir I wasn’t planning on it. I never understood spending money will companies that don’t respect their customers. I really do try to support small businesses but sometimes their customer service really hinders them.
