I’d like to share our excellent experience with Gainey Flooring Solutions. We had pulled out carpet in several areas of a newly purchased home and were replacing it with wood-look porcelain tile. Bruce not only worked us into his schedule quickly so that we could meet our moving deadline but also recommended a change in choice of floor tile that produced a greatly superior result. We would have been living with ho-hum floors, and now we’re living with stunning floors thanks to his creative design advice.

We were choosing paint colors simultaneously with choosing flooring, and Bruce made some suggestions for paint that proved to be spot-on … again giving us a much better result than we would have had with the choices we were leaning toward.

Bruce is very knowledgeable about products and aesthetics. He will offer his consultative opinions if you’re open to them … we’re glad we listened to him!

The tile setting was done by one of Gainey Flooring’s crew leaders, Carlos, and he did an outstanding job. Our floors look perfect!

Bruce always had everything under control, was so easy to work with and his price was reasonable! Everyone involved always showed up on the day and at the time that was arranged ... a rare thing these days! Alex and Luis did a very professional job on the tile work and were very friendly and tidy. They even suggested to hang our more decorative tiles vertically rather than horizontally as I had asked ... so grateful to them cos it looks sooo much better! The whole experience was a breath of fresh air ... would absolutely recommend them and they are a go to for us in the future ... most assuredly!!

I invited Bruce out to quote a very large remodel project. This project would start promptly on February 16th. We met with Bruce January 22nd in order to provide everyone enough time to prepare for the job. Bruce refused to provide us with a quote until 7-10 days before the project was to start. This really didn't make any sense to me...unfortunately, we planned to already have a contractor hired, tile purchased and a plan of action in place by that time. He had no sense of urgency, nor felt he needed to accomodate our needs. I do not recommend based on my own experience

Bruce rescued us by promptly meeting with us to discuss an urgent flooring project. He quickly scheduled the work and completed it to our satisfaction. We decided to use Bruce for our other flooring and bathroom remodeling needs as well because of his responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work.

We needed a quote on flooring for our new office space. I had several people come out. Bruce from Gainey came out to meet with us promptly. He brought samples based on popular, durable options. He left samples behind to help us decide. We gave an ideal date that was hard for anyone to meet. His expertise in design, floor patterns, and durability made us very comfortable with the materials we chose. They came the exact day and time given to us. The installers were friendly, non-invasive and worked incredibly fast. Every time I peaked at the space a new section was complete. We could not be happier with the way the office looks, and the compliments we get on the space seem to be never ending.
