  I called them on November 3rd at
  9 AM for my a service appointment That's where the problem began where you think that you're gonna be treated with respect You're not Going to get it from this company, they were very rude very condescending The owner called and he Wasn't any better I would highly recommend calling somewhere else especially if you're a woman this place is full of nothing but disrespectful men I would never ever in a million years recommend any of my girlfriends this company nor any of my daughters I have never been treated so poorly. Both the tech and the owner need attitude adjustments It's just very sad to see how people in the service industry treat the people that are in there for the service Keep in mind everybody has a boss and we are the reason why you have a paycheck I could use any a/c company but I Called them….. never again.

  Buyer Beware. I scheduled my appointment to fix my A/C. When they arrived thats when the problem began, where you think that you're gonna be treated with respect , you're not going to get it from this service company. They were very rude very condescending. The owner called and she wasnt any better. I would highly recommend going somewhere esle especially if you are a woman. This place is full of nothing but disrespectul men. I would never in a million years recommend this company to any of my girlfriends or my daughters. I had never been treated so poorly by an A/C company. Both service tech and Owner need attitude adjustments.

  Replace AC system

  Highly recommend this company. Arrived late one evening at our condo and it was 93 degrees inside. Called Gallant next morning, they arrived early afternoon and gave us a quote - she even offered to try and fill our system with coolant for the night. Due to a cancellation they were able to install a new system the next morning. The three workers who arrived were professional, courteous and friendly, answering all questions and addressing any concerns. Our home was treated like it was their own, they put down runners and thoroughly cleaned up. Truly, they went above and beyond replacing the old wooden shelf our previous system was on with a metal brackets. She even came and showed us options for a Nest. We decided on a different Nest model and my daughter went to the store to buy it - one of the workers stayed behind and waited for her to return, then installed and programed it for us! Shout out to Bob for your incredible patience while we figured out the wifi password! All of this and competitive pricing - we couldn't be more pleased with our decision to hire Gallant!

  Service

  I had a problem with my AC not heating. Thought it was going to need a new compressor $$$. The technition came out and was very professional. Turns out i was just low on freon and he said no leaks were found. Thanks gallant ac for your honest and resonable setvice. Ill be using you again in the future. People seem to make more effort in writing negative reviews. Such a shame more people don't write the positive ones.

  Entire Air system

  We read all the reviews and in no possible way can this be the same person we met she was very cordial when we requested a bid she also volunteered proof of current liscense along with insurance and her criminal record.We were very pleased with her workmanship and her employees that she had do the install they were very neat not leaving a mess behind showed up on scheduled day and time would recommend to all my friends

  AC

  My unit still under warranty. She will not accept it, a real crook. Goodman said unit under warranty, her man? said nothing wrong. Called another company: 3 items not working in outside unit. Dryer, control and fins still under warranty. She is rude and has been arrested on felony charges, a real b-t--h. She does not know AC, real thief, rotten person, is known in Ormond-by-the-Sea as a drunk. Will take her to court and file a complaint with the Department of professional regulation. License is NOT in her name, fraud

  Ac installation and repair

  We have used this company for years with no problems until a new owner took over. She is loud, rude, and unfair. Our ac was not cooling and freezing up. She sent a technician out and he could not find the problem. He said if it still wasn't cool tomorrow he would come back that it might need a new thermostat. I asked him why he thought it would cool tomorrow if it wasn't cooling today. He charged me 90.00 and said he wouldn't charge extra to come back. A half hour after he left the owner called and accused me of calling the technician incompetent and told me to find another company. I would never call anyone incompetent. She wouldn't listen to me and I tried to talk above her. I told her he was supposed to come back because he couldn't determine why it was freezing up. She said he did determine that there was a leak in the compressor and it would cost 1900.00 to fix. I told her he never said that to me and my husband. This was news to us. Now she won't return my calls and told me not to call her a again. Horrible customer service!!!!

  BUYER BEWARE!! We used this company for years with no problems until it was recently sold. The new female owner has a terrible attitude. Our ac was not cooling so they came out yesterday. The technician could not determine the problem and said if it wasn't cooling tomorrow to call him back. I asked him what made him think it would cool tomorrow if it wasn't cooling today. He charged me 90.00 and said if he came back there would not be an extra charge. About 30 minutes after he left I got a call from the new owner and she told me to find another ac company. She accused me of calling her technician incompetent which was a lie. I would never do that. I told her that the technician was coming back in a day or and that it might need a new thermostat. She said he told me what the problem was and that the compressor had a leak and would cost 1900.00 to fix. That was also a lie. I was shocked at the things she was accusing me of. I told her that was not true and that me and my husband were both there talking to him and that none of that happened. So I am out 90.00 dollars and still have an ac that does not work. I have never been treated this bad and been accused of things that were absolutely 100% false.

  Unfortunately, it appears this contractor has sold his business and the new owner refuses to honor new warranties. We have a brand new unit installed in the Spring of '16 that is not cooling properly. The air temp is 15 degrees WARMER than another unit measured at the exact same time of day w/ same thermometer. The new owner does not understand basic heat pump technology and refuses to acknowledge a heat pump should be able to cool a property to a comfortable level in Florida. She actually hung up on us and will not return our repeated calls for help after they installed this brand new AC unit. Do NOT use this contractor. We are in the process now of seeking legal recourse in an effort to get our defective brand new unit repaired or replaced. You do not want to go through this nightmare. This new owner feels it is perfectly fine if a brand new unit cannot cool a 1200 sq ft condo down below 75/76. Horrible customer service!
