Terrible customer service, couldn't get a QUOTE on trimming hedges after almost 4 weeks and 4 calls. When I called for the 4th time for a quote, I was told, "It wasn't the end of the day yet." Well, it's been a month so a "day" doesn't matter. I expressed my sympathy and empathy with the recent weather, but all I wanted was A QUOTE. But with the response they gave or lack thereof, I told them I was no longer using them due to poor customer service and their answer, "That's OK, if that's the way you feel."
Well, here's where I put the way I feel at when Gallegos is okay with it. The Father and the boys do great lawn work, but the customer service is horrible and not worth paying for.
