I have used Gallery Custom Homes for three projects now and can't say enough good things about them. John Schmitt has been honest and reliable every time! My first project he built my home. He helped me in every step. From the planning stage to the proposal, blueprints to the build. The other projects were for renovations on rental property. He could have "sold" me costly repairs , but he showed me what to invest my money on in the properties and what would be a waste of my money. I highly recommend Gallery Custom Homes.

I contracted Gallery Custom homes to build a house and garage in Oldsmar, Fl. We sat down in November of 2015 and the building started in January 2016. I had another home build in 1993 by another builder and I cannot tell you how much better this experience was. John was a total professional. The entire process was completed by May and move in was on June 1. There were NO surprises along the way. Every step he walked me through and kept me updated on everything as it was happening. He would ask for a draw when it was needed and we couldn't be more happy. The jobsite was always cleaned up for the neighbors. I would build with Gallery Custom Homes again and I have recommended John to my friends. I am not sure you will find a more honest and caring builder out there.
A note to you John "Keep up the good standard of business you practice!" Thanks for everything! - Happy in Oldsmar !
