This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a business. We moved into our Gallery home in July 2021, immediately had issues with our BRAND NEW HVAC system. Our entire home was 90 degrees inside in the dead of summer. We have 2 young children and animals in our home…they temporarily fixed it after sending their subcontractors out to our home 6 TIMES. Fast forward to April 2022, when it’s starting to heat up FAST outside. Our AC isn’t working again. We’ve been calling these people every day since, and our unit is NOT WORKING AT ALL. They are in absolutely no rush to help us, our kids are miserable. They’ve told us they’ll replace our 3 ton unit with a 4 ton unit, no problem..until we call back a few days later after not hearing from them, and they tell us that they are no longer replacing our BROKEN unit. It is now almost JUNE 2022, & WE ARE STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY. All they want is money, and if your problem costs them too much money, tough luck it seems like. Our warranty runs out in July, and that’s exactly what they’re waiting on. Im not even mentioning issues we have found within our house itself. We should have a running HVAC system in a home that’s not even a year old, but sadly that’s not the case and this awful company has not helped us in the slightest, just keeps giving us the run around. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TERRIBLE PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.
