    Remodel an attached garage into a dining room.

    The owner is Larry Riggs and he is horrible. He doesn't listen to the home owners and he try's to bully you to make you accept what he wants to do. He doesn't finish the job he is hired to do and he demands payment before the job is completed. I have pictures of the horrible way that he left our home.
