    All of the above reviews are true. Sam promised me the moon and stars when I hired him for a house flip in Philly. He did shoddy work absconded with my money and ended up in jail. I’m lucky because a family member bailed his sorry butt out and paid for the project to be finished. As a result of his shady and shoddy work I lost about a year in time and thousands of dollars DO NOT HIRE SAM

    Hired Sammy, Residential Potential, LLC to remodel my kitchen as well as finish my basement. We liked the work so much that we hired him again to install pavers in the front and back of our house. I would recommend Sammy. Prices are fair and the work is excellent.

    The reviews above are absolutely true. I hired Sammy to remodel my home, he left it unfinished. HIS CREW USED SPACKLE ON DOOR JAMS. We fired him mid job, he stole some of our materials. We ended up losing around 15k because of him, not the mention some of the crappy work he did was not repairable. Horrible Horrible person, hope he gets hell.

    Had work done to my property from Sammy, and he did a horrible job. Left the property unfinished. Never returned phone calls and he's a piece of shit of a worker. Major scum of the earth! His licenses needs to be revoked.

    They do horrible work. Sam the owner is a con artist Google him and see for yourself! He has been in jail multiple times. He has stolen from my house and verbally assaulted my younger daughter. Among other things very unprofessional work! Please be careful!
