Poor customer service. He installed at least 1 incorrect tree. We asked for 5 purple crape myrtles, and one is pink (it's possible that another 3 of them are pink, but we can't tell yet as they are not in bloom). After reaching out to him a few times, he told me he would replace them. It has been weeks and I still don't have the tree I paid for. $1250. I do not recommend.

They roll into neighborhoods with trees'plant get paid and leave. When you attempt to reach them after a tree has died they do not return your many calls so their huarentee is fake They also are not members of the Better Business Bureau so you have no recourse I rate them a zero for honesty and integrity...they say they are religious but the proof shows they are not.I paid $1,700 and have dead trees.

We purchased many trees (12+) from Gandy over the years at our previous residence and had mostly good experiences. All of the trees were healthy and survived, except for an ornamental cherry tree that became infested years later with a boring insect. We only had 2 problems with Gandy: they provided a Catalpa tree instead of the desired Redbud (they do look similar), and their mini-dozer damaged the lawn while digging the holes for the trees. I would still consider using them again.
