We engaged Ahmed who claims to be the licensed plumber of Gaona plumbing to fix all the issues identified by my condo buyer inpsector. Ahmed agreed to do all that along with water heater permit submission for $1600. I ended up paying $850 for him to begin the work. He said that the HVAC motor is not working and asked me to transfer another $385 to order the motor. I ended up paying him using zelle $1235 ($850+$385). After I made both the payments, he stopped responding to my messages. It has been 11 days since I paid him and he did not do the job he committed to complete by Jan 9th. Today is Jan 17th, I haven't heard from him inspite of me conveying the urgency to fix the buyer inspection items because its delaying my house closing. I have requested by Bank to dispute the zelle transfers but I know its not easy to get my money back. I want to make sure that others know about this company and be careful while engaging this company for their services. I am trying to file a complaint with BBB as well. Thank you for reading my review and hope this will help others to not lose money.
