Do not use this company. Marcus told me the job will take few on site but it told them over a month. Will not answer text or phone call. I have to call another plumber to come to warranty work less than 10 days after water heater installation. To be fair he did came back few after days after installation from a gas leak of the heater which he should have check, but will not come back for the thermocouple replacement. I will be placing a complaint to the Texas broad of plumbing.
