My family recently moved from out of state to a town home that is managed by Garber Enterprises. Upon entering, the home had not been cleaned. Food was stuck on the kitchen back splash, cob webs on the ceilings, sinks/toilets/showers had not been cleaned. The walls, trim, base boards had not been painted just a few "touch ups" on the walls. The doors had dirt, marker, and food on them. Windows and blinds were full of dust and dirt. We pay $1500 a month for rent. It appears the property manager did not do a walk through before showing it. Upon asking them for a month free of rent they said they could give us $50.00 for today and tomorrow. Such a disappointment and lack of accountability.
