This company was contracted in April 2023 to inspect the roof and provide a two year roof certification. I do not believe they did the work; however, they did collect for work that was not done. I discovered that the vent pipes were not sealed when a handyman that I hired inspected my roof the first week of October 2023. I contacted the company and Mark was very defensive and he chose not to come by to view the condition of the roof and roof vents.Roof Certification.
